Event Details

Alexander Flores has been the art director of Dallas, Texas' only alt-weekly publication, the Dallas Observer, since 2007. Exclusively freelancing and consulting immediately before accepting the position at the Observer, Alexander brought nearly 10 years of advertising and design experience to the table, earning recognition and awards for his editorial design work from organizations such as the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, and the Society of Publication Designers. A fan of pop-art, pop-culture, film, and all-things design-related, Alexander also has a sincere interest in photography, music, Vespas, vintage ephemera, technology, and other nerdy pursuits. Alexander resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, two cats, and an extensive media library.
